I have used Jennifer Reyes 3 times - haircuts and a balayage. Overall state her service was acceptable but had some trouble on the last appointment. Basically was 10 minutes late and appointment was marked as a no-show and I was charged full price. Jennifer is stating to me this is her policy but it was not obvious. We went through a dispute on our credit card eventually after discussions the credit card let us both win. In any case it was quite frustrating and would state for everyone to be aware. I was quite relieved to have found someone new, more experienced, mature and professional to do my hair and has gotten more compliments. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

I have seen Jasmine during both of my visits! My experience both times were a 10/10. The decor and aesthetic inside are stunning and the staff were welcoming and professional. I opted for a wax service at my second appt and was so impressed with my results that I plan on coming back every time I need touch ups! Cant say enough great things about this place!
