Brieshi Salon & Spa

I brought my granddaughter in to Brieshi for a cut and color. Her hair was flat and got oily so quickly. My stylist recommended layers , highlights and some products. We are so happy. Her hair is beautiful and the stylist went over how to style it at home. Thank you Brieshi. We have one happy little girl.

After 8 hours at the salon and 2 rounds they still managed to completely mess up my wifes hair. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is awful and the manager doesnt care. Also the stylists are beginners and will mess your hair up.

Worst highlights of my entire life. I went in for a partial highlight and came out with brown hair.. they got me back in the next day for a redo and I now have over processed, patchy, thick yellow/orange highlights. I asked for it to be fixed with a high level stylist and they said I will have to pay $90. Mind you this would be the third time coming back after spending a total of 7 hours here. I asked for my money back since I am now having to go to another salon to have a color correction done. I was told they do not do that and we were unable to come to an agreement. Also the customer service and front desk are truly terrible. Would put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Call me for a reprice and then not be able to tell me what the price is. The phones never work and the website does not update when you choose a different date. Worst experience I have ever had and I gave many chances to allow them to fix the situation.
