Never had an issue with walking in until today. I received a very poor attitude towards me. Due to the negative reception I received, I walked straight back out with no attempt to correct the situation. They can treat customers poorly because they didnt book the appointment before arriving. No appointment only signs by the way. Called the manager and received the same dont care attitude that I left. Will never go back and I will tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid them. But they probably dont care. Not customer friendly environment.

Super dissappointed in my haircut. I gave the woman who cut my hair a reference photo of a man with curly hair and also told her that my hair tends to curl up a lot. Yet she still went through with cutting my hair as if it was straight and my hair looks nothing like what I showed her. It's so short that it won't even curl up anymore after spending months getting it back to it's natural pattern. Service: Haircut
