I have been a customer of Herwig since the early 80s. As a homeowner. I have spent over $100,000 on light fixtures for my residence. What I purchased in the 80s remains exactly as if they were just delivered.
Let me update this : The ownerDon Winn .is POND SCUM. It doesn't get any lower as a human being.
In the past 4 years my home has burned down and I purchased over
$ 50,000 of light fixtures
EVERY SINGLE FIXTURE WAS PAINTED without any UV RATING( sample finishe tested by Sherwin Williamd Tech Dept) THUS THEY ALL FADED TO GRAY IN 6 MONTHS. Not only was the paint improper ALL THE ELECTRIC WIRING was incorrect. All the screws and hardware were incorrect and some product arrived racked. and or damaged I had to pay to repaint rewirereinstall EVERY FIXTURE.
Mr Winn attempted to replace broken glass and items that came POORLY PACKED.4-5 times. BUYERS BAWARE
I spoke with Lorna who worked in his office. She told me that all the commercial orders going out had the same problems. giant orders for college campuses alot of angry customers.
I would run as fast as I can. Bad customer service ....Bad Product. BAD Person.
