        If I could give a zero I would. Clearly there is evidence of loss of machines in a house fire. The machines themselves are evidence. Insurance provided proves loss and fire report states it's a total loss. Your policy and practice is inhumane. Be reasonable. Clearly caring for your customers is not your priority.

        Unprofessional staff member, two different occasions staff hung up in my face. Called to pay my bill, gave staff my card info. I guess lunchtime was near she put me on hold and hung the phone up. I called right back and the message center answered and took the message. Another occasion I was hung up on. I wish PB had more to choose from because I literally cant stand dealing with this office and the rude staff member.
