Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

There was a real beaver outside we couldn't get in but it moved from in front. The authorities police fireman not animal ppl would not come out for two days we saw the beaver. Food & drinks: Breakfast was great.

We got down to breakfast just as they were removing the food. They didn't even offer us muffins or waffle mix. I realize we were late by 5 or 10 minutes but they had the good in their arms when we asked to eat.

Do not stay on the lower floor. We were in room 108. You can hear everyone walking above you as the floor squeaks horribly. The room layouts are good, and they were clean. Paint coming off the wall in the bathroom. The staff was good. Could be more cheerful and welcoming. We did find every business in Pine Bluff to be not very welcoming and poorly managed. Skip Pine Bluff and stay in the suburbs of LittleRock.

The room had everything you needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the fact that fridge had a freezer for my ice pack. Location was easy to find. Close to casino. Breakfast had gluten free choices. Coffee was hot and fresh. Front desk clerk was accommodating about my room requests.
