Dr. Drew W. Toole, DDS

Front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. When I first called I was put on hold more than 3 times to book the appointment. Work took my fiancees half day for his appointment so I called to cancel. Not only was I met with attitude I was rudely hung up on. Were just as upset about cancelling his appointment because he's in pain so giving me attitude for it was completely uncalled for. She Even told me that it'll be a very long time before they could book him again like she was going to make sure he didn't get an appointment. Wish I could give 0 stars

I found this dentist by a Google search. The staff is so courteous and professional. As I walked in I was gets on such a warm manner. The wait was not long but that didn't matter because I am a new patient. The staff made sure I was comfortable and Dr. Toole was very sweet. I will definitely recommend them to your entire family's dental needs.
