        The quality is excellent. I was impressed with the wide variety of styles. The customer service is top notch. Shipping was fast & efficient. The company made me personalized cups , face mask & water bottles just to name a few. I was extremely pleased with my purchases & would definitely recommend Novel Ts.

      I am sorry that you didn't contact us to let us know the transfer came off of your shirt. This does not usually happen when washed according to the care instructions. However, there are times when the process just may not have worked for a number of reasons. We stand by our work and want to have satisfied customers.
