        Less than 20% of what Im paying for they say they guarantee 60% been fighting it over a year local office wont refund my money lawyer is only way to deal with these ppl

        Every time Ive had to get something set up through sparklight it never fails I get confirmations texted to me when tech will show up tech shows up at a different time and they dont call like the lady says they will and they just leave it took me over a month to get my internet set up the first time now I get confirmation that tech will be at my house between 3:45 and 4:45 so I go home to wait for them they never show up and they say they showed up at 2 and never even called me its ridiculous this same thing has happened over and over Ill have to take a whole day off of work just to get my WiFi set up and the people on the phone dont care at all they say theyll make sure they will call me to let me know theyre coming or they give me a time when they will be there and it never works out its taken weeks to get any help multiple times its ridiculous. WiFi works great when you actually get it though.
