Unfortunately my wife and son were in a single vehicle accident that totaled our vehicle. (They are fine.) Jim Erwin Wrecker personnel I dealt with were more than professional! They were extremely kind and helpful. They bent over backwards and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to retrieve our belongings from the vehicle, allowing is to do it on our time and not forcing us to wait to do it on their time. I don't live in NWA, but if I did, and needed a wrecker, I would definitely call this service. Thanks for all you did.

My brother in law passed out fell out of his van got ran over and this company picked up his vehicle. Charged 600 dollars then 24 hours later charged 730.00 . Wasn't nice to my nephew who had his dad In critical condition at the hospital . I feel this is a poor way to run business. He took advantage of these people and this young man. We have witnesses to it all.. very very sad.

A family members vehicle was towed there after an accident and the people were very rude when we tried to get information and very insensitive when talking about the accident. Our vehicle was there for less than 24 hours and they charged a insane amount to get it out 0/10 I will never recommend this company they are crooks and only care about money and overcharging on everything

Multiple members of my family have had horrible experiences with this company and have been ripped off by Jim Erwin. They are crooks and take advantage of the people that have no choice but to deal with them. I would warn you not to deal with this company because they Will rip you off!!!
