        Our heat went out during a snow storm on a Sunday and they were here in less than an hour! They diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes! Excellent customer service from the woman who answered the phone to the physical technician who did the work, to the Owner that brought some needed supplies everyone went out of their way to be courteous and helpful! Above and beyond team!! Would recommend to anyone that needed service or new equipment!!

        Joey and Dalton installed a direct vent for us in our kitchen above the stove today. These two did an outstanding job and it didnt take them long to do what we thought was going to be a big job. Additionally, these two are so kind and personable that it truly influenced us on who we would want to do any HVAC work for us in the future. On top of all this, the price/quote for the work was the most competitive among three or four other HVAC companies in the area. Going with Air Serv is a no brainer! I dont write reviews often, so if Im taking the time to write this, it is from the heart. looking and chooses these folks!

        This is a great company to work with! Ally at the office was extremely helpful in helping to schedule three different jobs at two different locations for us. Super friendly and organized. Our techs were Scott and Dalton and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained anything they discovered and the shared detailed pictures and explanations for every opportunity found. What makes this review five stars is that they didnt pressure us on any particular solution. It also helped that the pricing was more affordable than any of the competitors (for their maintenance plans and the job we needed). They were honest on items that were needed now, items that could wait, and items that are nice to have. If youre looking for a quality HVAC company, look no furtherthis is the company to choose!
