Terrible insurance company, take your money but refuse to pay out when you file a claim. Terrible customer service. Hire crooked adjusters.

Nice people. At the time of buying my home a few years ago they had some good combined rates for home and auto. Recently had a car wreck and they've been very accommodating and kind.

If I could give them half a star I would. Put a claim in for the roof because of all the storms we have been getting. The adjustors said there was wet rot so it probably wouldn't be covered. But the whole roof does looking it needed to be replaced. The insurance check comes in and it covered a whole whopping $300.00 for a $15,000 roof replacement.. brovo insurance company. I'd rather just pay the repair myself. Worst insurance company ever.

I want to thank United Home for there prompt and professional of my claim. I have only been with them a few months before my claim. That never was an issue, they came in checked my claim wrote a check and got the contractor (who was very good too) and it got fixed. SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.
