        Ordered and paid for the upgraded arrangement but it was a total disaster even the vase was the wrong color, pitiful arrogant attitude from them when I complained,bad,bad business,paid $148 for the pitiful experience for a dozen roses

        Bought a dozen red roses and had them delivered to wifes workplace. By the third day they wilted and by the fifth day they died. $115 total. Would never recommend this place. Bought on Friday and died by Wednesday. Look at the pics! Pitiful

      Hi Edward, these were fresh roses. If they were showing signs of wilting if you would have called we could have fully fixed it. If there is any issue, just give us a call and we would have answered your questions and concerns. Roses normally need fresh water every other day and if the water looks murky then the flowers won't drink.
