Ive used this business for all my battery needs through the years, and through many cars. I was very dissatisfied with what happened with my last battery change. I went in January and had my battery replaced. The technician that replaced my battery put a dent in my car above the headlight. He waived my core deposit which was only $10. When brought up to the manager he stated in all my years working here weve never paid for any repairs and theres been quite a few. He stated that it was a free service they offer to physically replace your battery so there was nothing he would do about the damage. I havent heard anything since then and Im not keeping it to myself anymore. So beware, and change your own battery so someone who isnt strong enough to put it on your car doesnt dent yours too. Two stars instead of one only because the prices.

Speed of service, Great! Ability to test my battery, Great! Battery was in stock, yep! Willingness to change my battery out, Great! Smart alec comments when I was just trying to be helpful, Uncalled for!
