        I had a client write me a check. The client banks with regions, and the bank wanted to charge me $20 to cash the check because I didn't have an account there, even though the check was from their own customer.

        Nonexistent customer service. I've been a customer for 52 years and it has gotten worse every time I have to do business there. Looking at changing banks.

        Savannah is bomb, nice, and fast. Have never had an issue with staff or speed at the location is osceola. Move to a real city with more than a 4 digit population before you call anything slow.
