hired in with 3 other guys, 2 leased trucks the other a company driver like myself,2 lease guys lasted 2 weeks, asked to be routed home for two days off after 2 weeks, fired both of them, the other guy needed a reset he told me, company wouldnt let him, driver decides that, not the company, boom hes fired, said they took his pay, he lasted 2 months, i lasted a litl over a year, drivers would come up to me at truckstops while getting fuel asking how i liked working for EOS, would tell me a short story of what happ to them or a friend of theirs, at first i thought disgruntled workers until what some of them said was happening w me, so i started documenting things ,but my pay per mile, went from from,60 to ,46 without telling me,i was supposed to have a 401k for that year, was told i slipped thru the cracks, id stay out a month, month and a half then take 2 days off ,could never get the dates requested if i got them at all, got pulled into EVERY weigh station 99.999% of the time, so i asked why, safety rating for EOS was 98% i was told, company sent messages to drivers, get your truck inspected at weigh stations, pass ,helps the rating, driver cant ask for inspections , not how it works, was shorted miles, these people have no communication skills what so ever between them , all in a trailer together, yet one doesnt know what the other is doing, driver ends up talking to 3-4 diff people instead of 1 , depending on the situation, not how its supposed to work, sent me to a mechanic shop one time, PPM, 169 miles north from where i was , took me off route,i was headed east, only to get there and find out it was the wrong location of that same company, wasted a day plus drive time getting there, had to get in line ,not paid for the miles or the time i waited, but when i brought things to their attention as i spoke of in the beginning of this comment, started w a few days off, couldnt get the dates requested again, i started finding the other issues and confronted my dispatcher, the 401k, miles, shortage of pay per mile etc, given bogus excuses and flat out lies, had made up my mind leaving NY heading to illinois, id had enough, told them after illinois , route me home, drop off my personal belongings, and bring their truck back to them, some of the runs were repetitive, michigan was the closest pick up, take the load south, was guessing, i was right, went to michigan after dropping in illinois, straight south leaving michigan on 75, i live off 75 near dayton, dropped off my personal items that night, got up the next morning before i left ,to a tow truck in front of my residence, spoke to the driver, said EOS called them to pick up an abandoned rig, i said thats funny, its sitting in my driveway, look abandoned to you ? i pulled the truck out onto the road so he could hookup, sent the company one last message over the trucks computer and logged out, i video recorded that morning, convo w driver, the truck being hooked up etc, just in case, like w messages on trucks computer ,, took screenshots - they had put on a report _ unauthorized use of the truck, took my last two paychecks, which i was willing to let go of just to get away from the company ,i thought they might pull something like that, i waited some time as a break , worked on a 72 charger i had transported up from Texas, hadnt been home but maybe 6-7 times give or take in the year i worked for EOS, catch up on things id neglected at home, low and behold when i started putting in applications, i started getting denied, companies wouldnt say why, didnt occur to me, they would write false DAC reports thru hireright, 2 unauthorized use of the vehicle, 1 was from december , a truck backed into me while parked at the consignees to deliver i was in the bunk waiting for a phone call, took $850 from my pay for fuel, one of them told me to bring the truck back to the yard, new truck, didnt make replacement parts for it yet, couldnt contact EOS over the phone, or the computer, they had issues with their communications , whatever but got my money back because id takin screenshots of messages id sent over the computer and off my phone trying to talk to someone after id realized how far away i was from the shop, have the statement proving id gotten my money back, noone mentioned a DAC report had been made, that was december, id decided to quit the end of april,if id known about the report made in december , id have quit then, was already pissed about them trying to take my money for doing what 1 of them told me, but when i did quit, stated they didnt know where i was or what i was doing,( they sent the towtruck driver to my residence) DUH, had the screenshots of messages leading up to the truck being towed, proved it to hireright, the 2 reports, unauthorized use of the vehicle were takin down, then the company replaces the reports with (3 words) - personal contact requested - lady at Hireright said shed never seen that before, i knew what it sounded like obviously, so i put in 2 applications to be sure i was correct, out of all the companies that denied me w out explanation, 1 wrote me back, wanting to know why EOS would say i abandoned my truck,...the 2 reports id mentioned never said anything about abandonment, if it were truth, it wouldve been on a report not over the phone, and i wouldnt have video of that morning w the tow truck driver, nor the messages leading up to that day..only a fool would abandon a truck, .once again, disputing it w hireright as i write this, once again low and behold,i find out Hireright was sued some years back for letting a company write false reports when they themselves knew the truth - same thing here so far, company resorted to changing their story because i busted them lying twice on the reports that were takin down, doesnt include all the BS they pulled making me decide to quit in the first place even have texts still from the one lease driver that hired in w me, 12 yrs experience trucking, i thought swift and Werner were bad back when i was new and didnt know much ---this company blows both companies out of the water as far as incompetency and screwing drivers over intentionally, prevented me from working this whole time, been busy fighting their BS , narked on themselves w the lying, they cant even communicate amongst each other to accomplish that correctly ,its that bad , if anyone reads this, report EOS to the EEOC, FMSCA ,DOT,BBB, GOVERNOR of Arkansas , and any other agency you can find, theres more, this part is for the non believers that think no way, just a disgruntled worker when drivers come up to you and start telling you litl stories as i spoke of, pay attention to your miles, and pay per miles, your time off requested, talking to more than 1 person as far as a decision, extreme lack of empathy when you dont make it home when requested, wrong addresses your sent to, making the decision to do a reset and they wont allow it, anything ive stated starts happening, document everything, especially when you decide to quit after realizing what your reading starts happening to you, ask the happy drivers at EOS questions, pay attention to their IQ when they speak, they are the only ones who seem to like working for the company, too stoopid to realize their getting screwed in one fashion or another i assure you, when a persons IQ is at room temperature but can drive a truck, all you need is a pulse along with those qualities, your a perfect employee, . sure you can see the 5 star reviews on here, 10 -1 company asked them to write a good review or the review is false all togetherbut dont take my word or anyone elses here in the reviews, go to work for EOS, but document everything, especially when you quit , your check will be takin, IF you stay a year, take your vacation first , record yourself delivering their truck back, and watch your DAC report, 401k, pay per mile, miles, downtime, and reimbursements i forgot to mention, theres just too many things on a long list...remember this review, and see how yours relates to it when you write yours, i dont believe coincidence when you call the company out on things they do that benefits them and takes from you---prepare to quit, because youll get fired soon there after, cover your A$$

I have not worked for this company, but I did apply and got approved to work with them. I had a hiring date of March this year. I had some personal things I had to take care of prior to starting as they would not allow me to start. So the date was changed to the month of April. I then decided to read the reviews. Called them and told them I had decided not to work for their so called family business. This was a week prior to my start date. My reason was they fire people because a personal matter, plus although a contract is signed the company goes and takes the truck from where it is parked. They do not care if your things are in it. This was about three weeks ago. Today April 6 2024 I received an email that they would not ever hire me because of some report. I wasnt going to work for them anyway. I had already declined their job. This company is not what they say they are. All I know is the after reading the reviews, talking to some of their current drivers, and now this email. I sure am glad I did not make that move! Beweary if you choose to work for them!!!!

Absolute worst place to work for. I took a vacation and they first accused me of stealing the truck when I purposely parked at there yard so I wouldn't have to pay for parking. Second they wouldn't pay me because I was vacation. Third the advertised that you make 2600 as a lease driver not one time did I make any where close to that. I always did the miles that they did send but never added up to 2 anything. When I asked about it they then said it was based on 2k miles but as a lease driver why would I be concerned with miles and not revenue that didn't make sense to me at all. My dispatcher was absolutely clueless he would call me another people's names. The only 2 people that were Absolute wonderful people was Stephanie Blevins and the lady that sits in her office with her sorry I can't remember her name. But they were thr only reason I stayed longer than I did. Would not recommend this to ANYONE especially if you are on top of your money.
