William Hronas did an amazing job working with my crazy group to book an Alaska cruise. Trying to meet the needs of everyone going different directions. He was beyond pleasant to work with. We have used Sue Smith Vacations for as long as I can remember. Booked my honeymoon with them, a trip to Norway that got cancelled because of 2020, now this trip, and I plan on getting a trip to Europe going for next year. Im very happy and excited to get on the ship!

We couldnt be happier with Sue Smith Vacations. Our family has used them for years. William is an absolute saint. When we booked our cruise he persisted in helping us through at least two date changes, a ship change, an itinerary change, multiple name changes, and more. He worked tirelessly for days to get us onboard the exact cruise we wanted while making sure we could take advantage of every perk and discount that was available. He did hours worth of work and we truly appreciate it. It helps to have people in the know when you are booking travel.
