Professional Auto Recovery and Towing

All things considered, I can't imagine a better situation than what I got. It's my fault my car was being towed (I fell behind on payments), and Chris was just doing his job. He was polite, and the company did more than their fair share to make things easier on us. They really made the best of an otherwise bad situation for me.

I did not have anything repo just called and the person on the phone was very rude.

Christian was the most rudest, unprofessional person I've ever met. I tried to retrieve the clothing for my 3 children and he would not let me. I asked him how would he feel if his car was taken in the middle of the night and his kids clothing was taken also, he told me he wouldn't care. I will be getting a lawyer because I had personal items in my vehicle they wouldn't let me retrieve.

Gets paid $600 to pick up your car for repo then when you call them to retrieve your items he is very rude and disrespectful charges you $50 to get your stuff out of the car Sorry person to think your better than someone who is already having a tough time to make extra money off someone who is already having it hard But karma comes around for them Also whoever repo the car dragged the car down the driveway backwards left skid marks down the driveway which means messed up the front part of the car probably ruined under the front of the car So got pics of my driveway
