For years my company has used Fleet Tire for our company trucks and personal cars. NO MORE. Since they closed the friendly E Broadway location, I recommend you buy tires elsewhere. I called at 8AM to schedule a tire rotation and was told they dont take reservations contrary to the website. They said to come between 1 and 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. 3 bays were open. When I told the desk clerk I was here for my free tire rotation (I bought 4 new tires there), he said it would be an hour and 45 minute wait. I drove home and rotated them myself. I will never return, nor will my companies fleet.
