A friend of mine got a bad experience for this accounting firm. they lie to their customers, OVER CHARGE, and are not transparent with billing. The main CPA John, doens't even speak to you until he wants to charge you thousands over the agreed upon ammount. not recommended

Highly recommend without reservation. Craft CPA team has been our CPA for 5 years, they do everything for us. ( payroll, monthly P& L, all tax deposits, all tax returns, etc. The entire team is excellent, attentive, professional, and a joy to work with. Jimmy Russell Sideco Inc.

The mistakes this firm and firms owner made resulted in me having to have my taxes redone by a PROFESSIONAL who actually picks up the phone and speaks to their clients instead of handing off a tax return to an intern straight out of college. Please take time to find another CPA option that doesn't include hidden fees with inflated prices above agreed upon amounts. 2 thumbs down! Shop around for a reputable tax company.
