Nothing but trouble out of this place. Was Mac Arthur Mini storage then sold out to these folks. Thats when the troubles began. Now access is limited to certain hours that constantly changing. I use my storage for bussiness operations and need 24 hour access. Go to unit at 8:45 pm and access denied when supposed to be till 10:00 pm. Just got another unit thru them and it a special rent one month and get next month for $ 1.00. That was 8 days ago and paid a prorated rate for what was left of that month and the next for that dollar. Being that today is the first rent is due. Did they take $ 1.00 off my card. Hell no. Instead removed $ 180.00 from my card. This is common practice to them it seems as this is not the first timr.

This is quite possibly the worst managed storage facility I've ever used. It's impossible to reach anyone there if there's a problem, and in fact, I did have a problem. When I tried to call the Manager's number it was disconnected. If I could find something else that wasn't already full, I would.

Code that we got wouldn't let us in. Called every number this place have listed and couldn't get in contact with anyone.
