Whataburger

I went to here late at night due to the lone lines during the day it was still a very long line but dueto me driving a ways to get it I didnt mind waiting a bit I waited over a hour and left with no food due to it not being enough workers on the Night Shift I sat at the menu for 30 minutes trying to see why no one had taken my order just to drive to the window and find out they were no longer taking orders this has happened twice I promise there wont be a third time this is terrible I have never experienced this

Incredibly inefficient (claim they are "understaffed" even with 8+ people preparing food). MCD, BK, or Wendys could easily ouput twice as much food with the same amount of workers. Food is mediocre at best, pretty much copy-cat McDonald's fries and burger no better than any other fast-food chain. I sat inside 25 minutes waiting for my food, and in that time saw many other upset customers in the same situation. And they were not even that busy when I arrived (2 cars in the drve-thu and nobody waiting to order ahead of me when I walked in). By the time I left there was a string of cars around the place and 10+ people waiting around for food inside.

Waited a hour to pickup an online order. I'm a huge fan of whataburger and have been for most my life, but my experience at this location has changed my views for the worse. First the drive through though busy moved at an incrediblely slow manner. Second I ordered in a loud clear manner, a six patty three cheese two jalapeno and single bacon burger. I received a triple cheeseburger with one order jalapeno, but I paid for the six. Third the quality of the food overall was lackluster like it was watered down. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
