I had met Robert in Oct 2021 when he had some neighboring property for sale. I had approached him with some real estate questions after the death of my husband. Fast forward to Jan 2023 when he reached out to see how I was and what my circumstances were. He had a buyer for the other property and asked if I was still planning on selling my place. Robert was instrumental in professionally representing his seller while helping me negotiate a sale of my property so that I could move closer to family. He is a young man with a head full of knowledge, a personality perfect for real estate and the principles to make sure transactions are all above board! Working with Kevin has been great. He is great on text and e-mail and coming from out of state he made the whole process very transparent. I don't know a lot about farming and was looking for a retirement property with some duck hunting on it and Kevin's background in wildlife biology and agriculture was perfect for us. He gave us a great crash course in the area and the land in Arkansas without making us feel like a bunch of rookies. His style and approach was friendly and perfectly adapted to who we are and what we are looking for. I can't recommend him enough.
