Night lady is incredible rude and yells at you over the phone when she can't hear you. Very telling about this place. Who screams at a potential customer? She needs to be fired The Super 8 is next door if you are looking at the Protho Junction area for lodging and doesn't have rude desk clerks.

Made reservations for the wrong day but they where able accommodate me. Room was clean in a nice quiet spot

Well when I got there the front desk people where very pleasant and professional. I got to my room it was quiet and clean 2 of my biggest expectations. Had a great night's sleep bed was nice and clean and soft over all for the money it was a good stay and they are upgrading so me and the wife will be going back thank you and GodBless!

The boss man is very nice and welcoming! Makes the stay very safe and relaxing. Rooms are very clean, nice and also you get to have a working tv that has all the channels available to you, you even have access to free wifi that works at fast speed! Then the housekeepers well have your rooms nice and clean . You have fresh clean towels along with some soap and fresh cleaned linens for the bed. Then you also have an AC unit that blows cold air for you when its really hot and then if you get to cold you also got a heater and a fan option. This hotel is really nice and relaxing especially if you taking a vacation and you need a spot to lay your head down until you get back on the road! Thanks for the comfortable bed and lovely cold air that I get to lay in after being in the very hot sun all day!
