Took phone in because it was powering down. Because of their Samsung policy, I was told I would have to get the front and back glass fixed before it leaves the store if they could fix it and they would give me a call to let me know. I never received a call until time to for pickup when I was charged for front and back glass but still having problem I initially brought it in for. Took it back two days later. After back and forth for about two weeks and now the phone wont power on at all. I am told it cant be repaired. So now Im questioning the 172 point test that didnt detect this in the beginning and the diagnostic before being charged for what I didnt even bring it in for. The tech insinuated I dropped the phone or something. I was highly disappointed because I understand they may not have been able to fix it but they didnt even try to make it right. The guy who checked me in didnt check it in for what I brought it in for but what I would have to pay if they were able to fix it. I was charged 250 + taxes for a front and back glass of a phone I cant even use. He refunded the front glass but not the back glass. Said if they cant fix it, they would have to revert it back to its original state but that didnt happen either. I dont understand if the phone couldnt be repaired and I was still having the same problem I originally took it in for, how did it pass the 172 point test the first time I picked it up and what does that test entail that doesnt detect an irreparable issue and lets not talk about how this snowballed into other areas.
