Although they missed my valentines delivery date, they floored me with their customer service. I received a phone call after store hours explaining the situation, was fully refunding for my arrangement, and they still delivered the arrangement. I understand things happen, and although flowers the day after valentines day isn't what i paid for, they acknowledged that, and did what they could to make it right. Good customer service is all i ask for, and theirs was outstanding.

I came in needing a floral arrangement for my wedding anniversary, I gave free reign for them to create an arrangement within my budgetary constraints, and a beautiful arrangement is what I received. My wife was very pleased, and so was I. Thank you very much!
