        Alliance has provided all of my oxygen supplies since my release from the hospital with Covid pneumonia and ARDS. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and their customer service is friendly and efficient. I have no complaints and am thankful for their service.

        Was an ok DME provider until the merger with American Home Patient. Since then I have been billed for items which I've already paid my coinsurance, noone will contact me when I message billing, when I call the call center, noone sees the bill which is "past due", and now my wife and I just received a bill denied by our insurance because they didn't update their records to the new prescribing provider. Would rank lower if I could.
