While I was dealing with an ex roommate who closed the account that I had taken over as manager on, then was fraudulently allowed to re open the account in my name, there was a wonderful young lady (I forget her name now) who did her best to help me figure out what was going on. Fast forward some months, there was a young arrogant CSR that informed me that I had closed the account, and that I was still keeping the hardware that I had just returned to him and had a reciept for. Agents from the company were sent to my house to collect hardware that I had receipts for, and have actually told me that they believe me over the company. The amounts that Xfinity claim I owe literally change daily, and the store and company websites keep closing before I can find where to forward the letters from my attorneys. It was recommended to handle it myself, but the attorneys may have to get involved. I've been turned over to collections despite making regular payments, and have finally quit answering their calls. I still appreciate that one CSR that helped me figure out what had happened. She went above and beyond to help me see what was going on.

This store is not Comcast anymore. They are a third party that handles services for Xfinity. It appeared cold and unfriendly. We were able to handle our business, though. We and the agent warmed up to each other in a few minutes.
