Farm Bureau Insurance Claims

I carry Auto and Home policies with Arkansas Farm Bureau Insurance. Gary Olson is my Agent , and he along with his staff have always taken exceptional care of my needs. My homeowners policy also includes a warranty type coverage on items such as large appliances, etc. Trust me when I say give them a call. Unfortunate events such as having deer run out in front of you or coming home to a Dishwasher that decided to ruin your day. Gary Olson and his team have always been kind and far exceeded my expectations.

Been with farm bureau for around 20 years, great when we had storm damage. Got a check within a week. Now some 10 years later, haven't gotten a check for vehicle that was wrecked September 2. Hard to get ahold of Carson Banks, needed to get a rental car to see my sister that was flying into Texas. Didn't get to go because he never returned my call. He has taken off 1 day a week almost every week. Had every excuse under the sun why he hasn't taken care our claim. Not happy going to drop them like a hot potato once I get a check. After speaking to our Farm Bureau agent and his supervisor Angela Ward, looks like we might be getting a check tomorrow November 3.
