Rock City Complete Fitness

We are very fortunate to have such a high level facility in our community. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable and professional, but also very fun. The member atmosphere is very welcoming, regardless of your age or skill level.

Great place to go to boot camp and have friendly specialists to design and lead you through structured workouts. I get a much more effective workout here than gyms where you are on your own. I recommend the classes, because the other members are supportive and fun to be around.

I joined a couple of weeks ago. I like that its a very supportive community gym. As well as very welcoming. The group setting pushes you and motivates you. The different exercises that change daily challenges you and make sure you dont get bored. I would recommend Rock City to anyone who is interested in improving your health.

I would give this gym a 6 if I could. Based on my experience, the personal training, nutrition coaching, and youth programs are top notch. The coaches and members are motivating and hardworking. The facility and equipment are updated and exceptionally clean. Its a forward-thinking, full-body, and mind-nurturing place to call home.
