I had the pleasure of visiting North Hills Florist & Gifts during a difficult time while in town for a funeral. As the only florist open past 3pm, I was grateful for their accommodating service. Dewayne went above and beyond to fulfill my last-minute request with kindness and professionalism. I requested red roses be swapped out for white roses in a pre-made arrangement. I highly recommend North Hills Florist to anyone in need of beautiful flowers and exceptional service, especially during moments when their warmth and expertise truly make a difference. (I was in such a hurry to get to the funeral home that I didnt take any photos of the arrangement. Dang it)

This year is my husbands and Is 20 yr Anniversary, and for 20 years he has sent me 4 purple roses and star gazier lillies. He called and they said they could do the order and promised they would be delivered by 6, even though I get off work at 4:30. He has been calling them since 3 (over 25 times) to get a busy signal and sent a message to them for no response. I received a receipt for something he ordered and I never received for my Anniversary, great job! My husband feels like he was scammed out of money.
