        Man, this is the best custard in Arkansas and possibly the best dessert in the area as well. Havent had the hotdogs but the custard is incredible and the amount of combinations from toppings, syrups, and other things are extensive. Orders also come out super fast. They only take cash or check so you know its legit. We live in Conway and will drive to North Little Rock just for Scoop Dogs.
