Scotty was accessible, easy to work with, communicated directly with us and broker throughout the process and was more than accommodating to small aesthetic changes we requested. The punch list items were completed well in advance making the process smooth and easy! They have also stayed in contact post-closing to ensure all is well. Scotty Howard with Elite Home Design is an honest man who is sincerely interested and and concerned that his customers receive the custom home they envisioned. The entire Elite team shows professionalism and commitment during the many interactions occuring during the build process. As with any business venture, there will be issues and we had our share. However, our experience was that with every challenge, the Elite team was there as partners to help us find solutions. They made sure we were making sound financial decisions and they kept a close eye on lumber costs and the subcontractors work and billing. This eased our concerns significantly as there were tremendous market price fluctuations during our build.
