The ladies here are very helpful, funny, and kind. I had a last minute event tonight and these ladies all worked together to get me all types of dresses, made sure I had accessories and shoes, offered their opinions and got me in the dress I needed. I cant thank them enough. Give them a raise!!

First visit on 3/21/2024 was on a recommendation and we walked out very happy customers. Upon walking in the store, we were greeted with smiles and not long till a young woman, Charvai Graham, was asking questions on favorite color, type of occasion, etc. She made us feel like we were the only customers in their shop and believe me there were plenty trying on prom dresses. It is my first time to shop for granddaughter #2 for her first prom and Charvai was so patient as we tried on dress after dress. We loved that she gave Ryannes mom & I her professional opinion how the dress looked on her. The selections were impressive and priced well according to our budget. The checkout process was easy and we were thanked for our business by all behind the sales counter. Take the time and wonder in to a very impressive shop in McCain Mall, NLR.

Visited this location yesterday after having a girls day with my sister and my friend who is getting married next Saturday. We were shopping for a dress to wear to her wedding. After being watched the entire time in the store we asked to try on some dresses. The only one trying on dresses was my sister and she needed help getting them on so we went in the room together like normal people. The sales rep came by knocking on the door informing us we werent allowed to have more than one person in the room. At this point my sister was undressed so she had to get dressed before we could walk out. Not a minute later the manager walks up yelling and banging on the door telling us we needed to get out and we cant have more than one person in the room where the entire store could hear her. Literally would have not been an issue had they told us that before we walked in if that is when a company policy. I will not be returning to this location the customer service was horrible and I wont be wasting my money here. Day was ruined.

My sister, her friend, and I went shopping for Dresses yesterday in the North Little Rock location and we were going to buy two dresses each. We go to get let into the dressing room after being targeted and watched the entire time we shopped with no a single ask of do you need help from an associate. All three of us go in we are let in by the sales associate who said that as long as we hung, one dress up outside, we could try them all on. Only for her to yell at us and tell us that we cant all three be in the fitting room after Ive already taken all my clothes off and trying to put a dress on she didnt give us any time for me to get dressed before she went and got the store Manager who proceeds to scream at us at the top of her lungs outside the dressing room while banging on the door as hard as possible in front of all these other customers telling us that we cant try on dresses together. How do you think were going to get in the dress if theyre skintight and someone has to help you get into them. This is the worst customer experience Ive ever had we were going to spend almost $500 in there walked out with one thing because we werent allowed to try on the rest of the clothes. The best part was when we were told ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but they refused to let us try them on. At least we used the fitting rooms, meanwhile another group of girls were allowed to try the dresses on, on the sales floor and no one had a problem with it. I frequent Windsor for lots of events, at least twice a month, and I will not be back after the staff targeted us the entire time we were trying to shop. Ridiculous how youre going to have somebody in customer service who doesnt know how to handle or speak to a customer. Disrespectful employees. RUDE MANAGEMENT STAFF.
