        Stood in the door for half an hour now, without so much as a hello from any of the 5 employees that have walked past me. I will never come back here. Best Buy is so much better and faster.

        Don't let these reviews fool you. My personal experience with them has been nothing short of impressive. When an authorized retailer mishandled my account, it was the employees from this store who went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue promptly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and undeniably skilled at their jobs. Despite facing difficult customers on a daily basis, they maintain composure and patience that is truly commendable.

        I tried get a screen protector installed. Verizon said my local store would install it free. It was a replacement from Xagg. The Store said no, they would not install it. I was willing to pay but I never received a response. There 5 employees in the store at opening at 10am 1/30/23. 2 weeks ago I was told they would install it once I received it from Zagg. I've had 3 issues with the store since December. I don't plan on returning. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll go to Best Buy or You Break I Fix.
