I recommend if you come here to ask for a senior student. I received the worst facial known to man. I do understand this is a beauty/teaching school. However, it's important for the teachers to watch every step the lower level students make when assisting clients. God bless the girl who did my facial because she was so nice and tried her best. However, I had to literally get off the table, wipe my own face, and end my facial. It seriously was the worst experience.

Ive had multiple appointments canceled canceled on the day of! Their excuse is always this person didnt show up! Well there are instructors there that should pick up the customers!

I booked a haircut with Jennifer and loved the results. I got long layers and face framing pieces. She was very careful not to cut too much off as I had asked and she kept me informed as she went. Lots of helpful recommendations and hair advice, amazing hair wash including with the 15$ cut.

Terrible service. Asked for just my dead ends to be trimmed and the stylist (wish i had her name) proceeded to cut way more than that UNEVEN. When I told her it was uneven she said it was probably the way my head was turned. Mind you, she never asked me to sit up straight or hold my head up straight or anything so how was I supposed to know? She was also wearing a mask so it was very difficult to hear and understand her. The mask is no problem but if you are working with clients, you need to talk loud enough under the mask to be heard clearly. She also did not even bother to look at my hair after she was finished to make sure it was even which it wasnt. I then had one of the supervisors to make it even and she made the stylist who butchered my hair watch. I noticed one male stylist with dreads was snickering at my hair , i get it it looks bad lol but be more professional. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and urgency here. Will not be going back.
