I am a medically retired Army Captain, that served 21 years in the military. I had to use the Harris Law firm in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Attorney Gregory Harris and his staff went above and beyond helping my family and I throughout our financial situation. Even after our discharge from bankruptcy, they stood by my family in a couple of untimely events. Absolutely horrible experience. I spoke with them last Tuesday for an initial consultation, expressed urgency that I needed to have this filed by the following Tuesday, got ALL of my information to them by Thursday afternoon, followed up with them Friday morning to see when we could have this file. Was told to give her a bit to get everything put in and have the file reviewed then she would reach out to set up a signing appointment. Didn't hear anything back that day. I followed back up Monday morning, reminding them of the urgency to get filed by the next day, and was told she was having the file reviewed and once she gets back will reach out to set up a singing appointment and get the case filed. Didn't hear anything back that day. Reached out yesterday morning, expressed my anxiety about needing it filed that day, and got a very rude reply back, stating she was still waiting for the file to come back from being reviewed and if I did not feel it was going quickly enough that I was free to go to another attorney. I replied back that I still wanted to work with her, only because now I was in a tight spot with having time to go to another attorney. That was yesterday morning, as of Wednesday evening I have yet to hear back. Meanwhile, I did call another attorney this morning and was able to get an emergency petition filed TODAY! Absolutely horrible service and experience, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I am sorry. The week you were wanting the bankruptcy filed, my main paralegal had an emergency situation that required her to go into the hospital. We prepared most of the schedules but were not able to file on the day you wanted. You did not retain us and we never received any fees from you but we certainly understand everyone has a right to use any attorney they want. We hope all worked out for you and we wish you the best!

I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone! Gregory Harris doesnt care anything about his clients he only cares about getting paid, and you will NOT hear from him when you need him. Its like pulling teeth to get a call back. YOU WILL REGRET GOING TO THIS PLACE I PROMISE! RUNNNNNNN!!!!!
