I was called and told that my car was repaired. When I arrived I found they had repaired my tailgate but didn't repair my bumper. The service person say "I guess I didn't write that down when I received the car". I chalked it up to an oversight. We left the car hoping it would get finished right. Two days later we returned and the repairs looked complete. Before leaving the Carstar, I noticed my windshield had a 10 inch crack that wasn't there when I dropped my car off for repairs. When I showed the service person he said he would speak to the manager who wasn't on sight and would get back to me. It's been a week and I've yet to hear from anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET REPAIRED AT carstar patriot!!!!!

I was in an accident that affected the rear driver's side of my car. The car was towed to this shop. The original date to get my car out of the shop was two weeks out. Every week, the date was pushed back. My car was in the shop for 60 days, from December 10th to February 8th. I was extremely patient with the company about this, and the battery was dead when I finally got my car back. They did not take accountability for this, and I had to pay another $200 for a new battery. There are subwoofers installed in my car as well. They do not work since getting my car back, and I can tell the wiring has been tampered with. Horrible experience with this place. Still trying to figure out the issue with my subwoofers.

Don't really know how good the service or quality of work is. They never looked at my truck, just decided they were not interested in my business.
