        they advise cash refund advances. you may get it.although i doubt it.gave me a worthless prepaid card gave me a denial.no reason why. irs will send it when they send it .that thay have nothing to do with the card, or bank or anything else. thay just handed me in their office.website might think about popping in something about the details that thay sold you on.numbers to automated hot lines that do not offer a person only recording saying they will mail you a reason in a month or so GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you don't mind being treated like that. thay will charge you allot.but the simple fact is thay got their money from you and wash their hands on everything else.the envelope with the paperwork has hand written note bank denial number, on all the envelopes thay just charged for a speedy service and ended up with a snail mail return.this seems to be real shadey
