So Im driving down the freeway, sick, and I looked for a place to get a COVID test. Siri suggested ARcare. Apparently Siri doesnt like me. ARcare had me to wait in the parking lot for an hour before I called and asked about getting my test. They said it would be a while longer and could I wait. I said I had to leave and use the restroom. I told the lady on the phone I was enroute to Jonesboro and she said she could test me in Newport. Otherwise, I would have never wasted an hour waiting to not get tested. The parking lot was fairly empty. Im not sure why I couldnt be seen. I really feel like I made a bad choice by calling ARcare. They are the slowest place Ive ever been to. No one is here or in the parking lot & they still have you sit for hours. The doctor with a mouth full of braces never wants to examine you right youll say one thing is wrong and she will change it or basically say your lying. Dont recommend going here at all unless you want to make a day event out of it
