They are the best pharmacy and people in mountain view. They went above and beyond, they care about their customers and I love that. So I recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy Mitchell's is the one you want.

The service is second to none! Great people who actually care about their patients. I would highly recommend you leave the worst pharmacy (Walmart) and go local. Support your local businesses and even save some money. Thank you Whitney, Trevor, Eddie and Lacy. Great job

We've done business with them for over a Decade, until recently (the last few months) I would have given five stars... unfortunately they've not been staying up to date with delivering presentations when the prescriptions are due, something that was never a issue until these last few months. We've also experienced being told certain presentations would be covered by insurance on or after a given date, only to be told a different story on the date they had stated... which again was not something that happend prior to these last few months.Every time either of these situations occurred; they would deflect and/or deny having any responsibility for the situation on their part. The decline in reliability over the last few months, along with the lack of accountability on their part is what has led to the two star rating and negative review.
