Sarah was amazing. I was in town for the eclipse. I have a herniated disc in my cervical spine so couldn't go a week with out getting a message and sarah came in on her day off to take car of me. She took her time and really focused into my muscles and worked on what I needed. Thank you sarah for taking care of me

Sarah is a very knowledgeable, professional, fabulous massage therapist that has a great understanding of massage and holistic practices, which is also very important to me. She provided a very welcoming environment, has a sweet personality, and I felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed the conversation we had also. She took time during the intake to really understand what I was experiencing with also providing suggestions on how to alleviate some of my tightness at home. Some massage therapists just sort of do the same type of massage on everyone once they figure out where your sore spots are and the depth of pressure you are interested in. I felt Sarah did a very custom massage based on what I was experiencing and according to how tight my muscles felt to her. She is very skilled well beyond just your typical massage therapist and also understands how to get muscles to release in tricky areas. I have had many massages in many different states and a few other countries and this massage from Sarah is the best. I am glad to have found her here in Mountain View and look forward to regular appointments with her.
