I’ve had issues with this company in the past but this new management and staff are amazing. They genuinely care and are always finding ways to look out for me, even calling to check on me on their time off. Any concerns I’ve brought to them have been taken seriously and resolved with kindness and respect. If you had issues with them in the past I urge you to give them another chance with this new staff. They are wonderful!

This was one of the worst working experiences in my life. Out of concern for the welfare of my client, I reported to the nurse and company that my client was ill and that I was ill. I reported that he was living in a flea infested, fly infested, wasp infested, and extreme heat environment and that his living conditions were not fit for human habitation. He needed some help. I told them that I wanted to call the elder abuse hotline and they told me that I could not do that and that only they were allowed to do that!! The companys response to me was that they have no control over how people live. And then, they fired me! Said I was not a good fit. So caring about the welfare of my client, and reporting information to the nurse as trained, made me not a good fit!!! It did not matter to them that I had become ill from working there or that the client needed help. I have no respect for this agency now. In my experience and opinion, they do not care about the welfare of their clients or their employees. All they care about is raking in the money as much as possible while putting out as little as possible.
