Callie and her staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. My wife, my mom, and myself only have good things to say about the Taylor Made Clinic.

I had the most horrible experience Ive ever had with a healthcare provider at this office. They were good in the beginning actively listening and genuinely wanting to help with my health issues. I had no problems with them until my insurance changed and they did not want to comply with what was required by my policies parameters. They also dropped the ball on numerous occasions like not returning several calls before my appointment to discuss my insurance issues. Was told at my visit they have just been so busy. Again called left message checking my bloodwork results and no returned call was received. Took three weeks and an unpleasant call to get those results. I had concerns when I realized I was having side effects from a new medication so instead of leaving a message for them to ignore I e-mailed them as to which I received no response. When I mentioned this I was told that was my fault for not calling. They had 4 emails to monitor and they were just too busy to attend them all. They said I should have went to the emergency room. Yea sure to rack up a huge bill only to be told stop the medication and follow up with my provider that doesnt answer their calls!!!!When it was time for my refills they had not followed through with getting a pre authorization that they and my pharmacy was supposed to work together on getting submitted and neither had done it. So when I had enough of all of the above I voiced my thoughts on how they have handled my health care the past month. So they decided they no longer wanted to see me. Whats worse is it was time to get my standing prescriptions filled and they refused to do so saying they would require new bloodwork AGAIN. Only they request I do it elsewhere other than their office. They have grown in numbers because of a name and now their too busy to aquatically care for their patients. I do NOT recommend going to this provider because I can only see it getting worse.
