Absolutley the worst experience I've had yet. The sales person was great and it was down hill from that point. These windows are "Extremely " expensive. Installation took months (measure, remeasure) Workers arrive with 2 or 3 windows to install due to incorrect measurements. Insects entering my home for weeks due to windows that did not fit properly. WHAT? I would not refer my "Worst Enemy" to use this company. I was not given one cent off for my inconvenience. I wanted to take a sledge hammer and burst every window out of my home by jobs end. Thank you for making my last few months unbearable. Where is my discount for my horrendous inconvenience? Services: Custom windows, Double pane window installation & replacement

I hired them to do my metal roofing. They did not order enough supplies, and I told them that, they assured me they did. Had to get more. Then the day the were suppose to show up, three hours late because construction workers had their truck break down. The construction workers did not speak English. Had to call Brannon Wiles, and wait for him to call me. He said they understood English, just did not speak it. Were suppose to clean up daily, but had to talk to Brannon several times before this happened. The job was suppose to be finished in two days, took four, because did not have supplies. Did not check their work after completion, where they pushed a pipe down over hot water heater, knocked down cover that vents propane. This can happen found several days after they left, and told someone would be out that day to fix, had to threaten them for the safety of my family. A man who works for the fire department finally arrive, and said it could have been dangerous. They still have not fixed all the errors done on the roof, including dents. Also tried to cook one night set off fire alarm because covered vent and did not tell me. Representative called today threatening to put a lien on my house if I did not sign off on their work. I am contacting an attorney, beware of this company, promise you they will do they job right, and when you point out their faults, or they don't fix it, they threaten you. Well I did threaten them with lawyer because of concern for carbon monoxide poisoning from propane not be vented on hot water heater, thank God I found that, and had it fixed. Beware of them. Make sure you document with photos, emails, text to document their wrong doing. That what I have done.
