I am completely satisfied with Mountain Home Computer Repair. My laptop had been reduced to snails pace boot up and run time. John recommended a complete PC rebuild, installing new Hard Drive and SSD, and re-installing all removed data files and W10 to original locations. John did all of this over a 2 day period and promptly produced the finished product on the day promised. Not easy to hand over your computer to someone you really dont know, but I found John most trustworthy and very willing to work with you. You wont be sorry working with John.

Had an expensive industrial laptop that I could do noting with. Even with a new hard drive and restores disc from the manufacturer I could do little with it. John was able to access the system and install a new OS saving the company thousands of dollars. I am grateful to his skills and service.

We had an emergency on a Friday evening with internet drops interfering with my work - I provide closed captions for live television broadcasts, and without stable internet, that service is interrupted for people who need it. Our internet provider was unable to help me. I called John about 5:30 p.m., and though it was going to be after hours he came to my work site and was able to fix the problem the same evening. It wasn't a time he normally would be working and he did it anyway - fantastic service, respectful and considerate. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

John was very polite and respectful yet a business professional. Highly recommend. I had a sound problem with my laptop and John fixed the problem. Around a 2 day turn around on delivery.
