Less than an hour after submitting my roadside assistance request with my insurance Flint from Carter and Sons had made it from mt home to flippin, checked and corrected the pressure in my spare and had them changed and me on my way home. Seriously maybe 45 minutes from the request to being done. Very professional I would and highly recommend.

They destroyed my car! I had a wheel come off so they towed it back to their inpound, when I got there the next day, they had destroyed it(as of the crushed it witha dozer) Then tried to charge me $400 for 12 hours. Do NOT use them.

I have reviewed the recent impounded vehicles and I cant find any impounds that where here with a missing tire recently but this statement is so far off. Sounds like if we towed it back here it was probably a law enforcement tow, probably involved in an accident, but without any details that'd be hard to determine. This review was left from a new Google account at 1:37 in the morning which I find very odd. If you have a concern you can reach out to us at any time during office business hours Monday-Friday 8-5. The dozer comment is quiet funny, I don't even own a dozer or have a way to "Crush" your vehicle.
