I have to correct the date I picked up the RV. We picked it up on 11 April. It was plugged in over a week before I discovered the were batteries frying. I did check the batteries after we got the RV home and they were at 25%. I took my voltmeter and both batteries measured 13.73 volts. And still frying.

I brought our 5th Wheel the middle of Jan 24 for electrical problems. Nothing was working, including tail lights, wires were eaten by rodents. On 14 February we went to pick it up, they had fixed my tail lights and changed out the transfer box. Before we left I checked out the rear landing gear, that also was on the list to repair, it wasn’t, so we left it there. I called a few times and all I got was we’ll get to it next week, week after week we got the same answer. I’m going in for surgery and my wife can’t drive the big rig so we decided to pick it up on April 11. Upon getting there they couldn’t find the keys so the service guy used his master key, he said he would order another set and send them. When we returned home my wife didn’t find any of her dishes. A set of 8 Corning ware plates, salad plates and soup bowls all gone. I started going through all the electric parts to make sure everything worked. I have a installed Onan generator and eventually didn’t get hook up to the transfer box so when I called the service guy and he said I didn’t have it on my list to repair, you think maybe the service guy would of checked? When I turned the air conditioner’s on to check the front one was really loud so I climbed up and found out the shroud had been ripped off. I do know when I left my place in January it was there. The screws are still in it and it definitely hit something. I already ordered a new one. But the last thing real got me mad, the last few days I noticed a smell around the 5th wheel, I have chickens and ducks but it was really bad yesterday and then I got the smell of sulfur so I opened up the battery compartment, both batteries were hot and overcharging. They were brand new batteries. I don’t know what kind of service manager this place has but I don’t recommend doing service there.
