Ease of access makes this a great a great place to take youngsters fishing. When first opened, sunfish, small largemouths, grass carp, and some catfish were plentiful. After a few years the water looks almost barren. Restocking with forage fish is needed then stocking with predator species should follow. Playground: No play ground as such but overall grounds are kept to the highest standards. When the grass was cut the grass carp would go into feeding frenzy eating grass clippings that made it to the water. Restrooms: Porta potty is clean. Dog-friendliness: The dogs I've seen were on leash as they got near visitors. Picnic area: Nice picnic pavilion.

This is a nice little park with walking trails, some hiking trails (not sure if those are marked or not?) fishing, and rest areas. Lots of parking in 2 spots and looks like they are adding to this park or that'll be the water park? Either way, it's a nice area. We did take 360 streetview images which should show up on the maps here in the coming days. Someone seems to have left a bunch of fish heads on the walking path by the ponds, my wife got one in her shoe, that was odd.
