    Trying to move out cause i can't pay been here over a year now they shut off the wifi to make it more difficult to look up shelters to leave and they tried to ask to keep my personal belongings in order us to pay them why make it harder.

    Been staying here 4 months or so. Don't understand something. This is a business. It is the business of selling living space whether that is one day or one year. I don't understand why I had to go to the front office 3 times in 5 days and none of those times could pay my bill. And now because of that delay I am now going to be homeless because my financial coverage was based on a schedule and it has now been canceled because I did not pay on time. You sell rooms. Your front desk is where you sell rooms and anyone you have working your front desk should be able to do that. I have stayed in many motels while traveling and working, and I have also worked in one at the front desk. If you go to a grocery and get into checkout with your food, do you want to hear, "I'm sorry, I can't ring you up right now, I'm not authorized to do that. But if you'd like to make an appointment with our manager we can do it in an hour or so . . . " Not good business. 3/22 much later. Talked to the front desk on the phone where they informed me that I "did not listen." Very funny. They had already been informed that I was about to become homeless, they had already had a homelessness advocate come to the front desk and pay 2 more days for me while i am desperately trying to find shelter, and the person I was talking to said, well you are about to pay another month, right? They are the ones who do not listen. Every complaint you read here they are so very sorry and so sincerely promise to do better in the future. Always they will do better for the next guest. Not now, but for the next guest. How about the guest who just complained, who is right here?
